*Please note that our event insurance prevents us from allowing alcohol or cannabis sales at our event.

NOTE: Please accurately describe what you are selling/providing. Some vendors (for example: food, toys with magnets, etc.) may be asked to provide proof of insurance prior to the event.

If you have any notes, special requests, or you are in need of accommodations, please include them here.

I understand that there is a fee to participate in Monmouth Has Pride as a vendor, due upon application approval.*

  • Non-Profit Organizations - $15
  • All Others - $30

I understand that there is no guarantee that power will be available, and I will be responsible for providing everything I need for my booth - my own table, tent, tent stakes or weights, chairs, extension cords, signage, and anything else I may need. The event will not provide these things.*

I understand that the set-up time begins at 8:00am the morning of the event, and that I must be completely set-up by 9:45am. My location will be provided by the vendor coordinator, whom will send a map with my location the day before the event.*

I understand that if I choose to use a shade tent, it must be either weighted or staked to the ground.*

Monmouth Has Pride (MHP) reserves the right to prohibit anyone from selling any product or from providing any service. At the discretion of the MHP Committee/Vendor Coordinator, a product or service may also be withdrawn from sale or presentation in response to customer complaints or if the product/service does not meet MHP standards.*

MHP is not responsible for loss or damage. There will be no discrimination according to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender, age, religion, or nationality. Proselytizing, certain types of advocacy, and military recruitment are not allowed at this event.*

Submitting an application does not mean that the application will be automatically accepted. All applications are reviewed by the MHP committee. Preference is first given to vendors and exhibitors from prior years, and then to vendors who's products or services are handmade and fit well with our theme of radical love and acceptance.
